Refund policy

DTF Transfers are FINAL SALE. The only exception is if they are damaged during transit or if you receive the incorrect transfers. No orders can be canceled if the order has already started printing. If an order hasn't started printing and a cancelation is requested, there will be a 15% restocking fee to cover the Shopify transaction fees that Shopify does not refund us. The request of the funds will be issued back to your account as a store credit.

ANY complaints or issues with your order MUST BE brought to our attention via email support@roosterdtf.com within THREE BUSINESS DAYS of your order being delivered. The prints MUST BE returned (customer pays shipping) and then a store credit will be processed OR replacements sent depending on the situation. We do not issue refunds at all. ANYTHING PAST 3 BUSINESS DAYS IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT.

If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for images that are not high quality, and come out blurry. If your transfers come out blurry, there is an issue with your file. We are not responsible for making sure you are sending high quality files.

 

Refunds
We do not issue refunds at all.
