Order modification policyWe have previously been flexible with allowing add-ons and changes to orders after they are placed. Moving forward, we will no longer be allowing any order modifications or additions once an order is submitted. You must carefully review your order before submitting. We print and ship too quickly to allow changes to our standard processes. Any request that falls outside of our normal workflow significantly increases the risk of errors. When modifications are made after submission, it disrupts our production process and often results in additional time, supply waste, and unnecessary costs to correct issues that would not have occurred if standard procedures were followed. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to keep our turnaround times fast and our orders accurate.
