Artwork Rights & Responsibility

By uploading any artwork, images, or designs to Rooster DTF Transfer Co., you represent and warrant that you own the artwork or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authority to use, reproduce, and print the submitted material.

You acknowledge that all artwork is printed as submitted and that you are solely responsible for confirming accuracy, quality, sizing, spelling, and design layout prior to submission. Rooster DTF Transfer Co. is not responsible for color variations, print quality differences, or discrepancies caused by file quality, monitor settings, or the printing process.

Rooster DTF Transfer Co. does not verify ownership, licensing, or authorization of submitted artwork and assumes all artwork provided is lawful for reproduction. We are not liable for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement arising from customer-submitted designs. Any claims, damages, or legal issues related to unauthorized or infringing artwork remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
